Returns & Exchanges

Kith accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original packaging materials, including dust bags and authenticity cards.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
